I have played countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of cash at chemin de fer. I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is centered on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a few weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you see gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager

Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager

Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
