I have played countless of hands of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very fun at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a few years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 bet
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $20 wager
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Bet $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
