I have played countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is built on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years back with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a number of days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first $5 bet
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
